THE SEASON:
I recently realized that I haven't explained to everyone my strategy for next season. As you might have gathered this season is an all or nothing assault. I'm going all in. It's a two part, two year process striving to secure a berth on the 2010 U.S. Olympic Team. First, I must secure a World Cup starting position through Nor-Am competition this season. My plan through December is to race all of the Nor-Am events. There are 9 scheduled GS races this season - which is great - but that limits the amount of time I'll be in Europe racing. Secondly, I must be ranked in the top four in the United States based off of World Cup points in a discipline leading up to Vancouver Games.

Attached is the budget for the 2008-2009 season. There was some left over money from last season and it was able to cover our New Zealand trip, which is awesome. This budget starts in October where our next camp will be in Austria.
